Project I: The Prism

This piece was the first project in our class and was made using a laser cutter, plexiglass, and some canvas. The piece is was inspired by the many modern building designs used in digitally fabricated structures.

Project II: The Hand From Beyond

This project was the second of the semester and was a combination of a connector, a found object, and an altered found object. This piece is constructed from a resin formed arm, a 3D printed portal like figure, and a 3D printed cactus-like alien plant

Project III: The Marching band

This project was the final of the semester. It was made by our entire class and consists of wood, found objects as instruments, and cloth. each chassis is created with a different set of instruments and sound makers designed into them. The piece was constructed using a CNC router, 3D printer, laser cutter, and many other tools available at the MICA digital fabrication wood shop. The class performed around a small area of the MICA campus while wearing the piece.
