Project I: Maze Cube
Medium: Acrylic
Maze Cube is a laser-cut piece assembled from 16 sheets of transparent acrylic boards. Initially, the cube was modelled in 3d form and then sliced into 16 2d pieces according to the thickness of the chosen material. Each sheet of acrylic contains different cut-out shapes that eventually form a tunnel inside the cube. The cube is held together with two extra thinner acrylic boards tucked into the sides of the cube. The tunnel of Maze Cude has one entry and two exits.
Project II: “EVERYTHING!” balm
“EVERYTHING!” balm is a hypothetical product that can be made of everything and used for everything. The project contains the 3D printed prototype of the product. Examples below are “SPAM” balm, “TOFU” balm and “LIME” balm.
Project III: Modular Diamond
Modular Diamond is a group project. The group explore the collaboration between 3D patterns and 2D digital imagery.
